Easy Solar Connect operates as an advertising marketplace that connects consumers seeking solar solutions with licensed, independent service providers and contractors in their area.
We do not endorse any particular contractor or guarantee the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or results of any service provider in our network. Any agreements you enter into with contractors are solely between you and those contractors.
4. Personal Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

- Modify or create derivative works based on Site content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
11. Release and Indemnification
You hereby release Easy Solar Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute between you and any third party (including contractors) arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Solar Connect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@easysolarconnect.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Solar Connect regarding your use of the Site.
14. No Agency
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Easy Solar Connect. You have no authority to bind Easy Solar Connect in any way.

Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
